You can't always be there.Samantha can
Samantha is a companion for your mum or dad, at home. Samantha talks with them every day, remembers what matters to them and lets you see at a glance that they have talked.
- Nothing for her to learn or wear
- Nobody can look through the camera
- We call you within two working days

Sound familiar?
If your mum or dad lives alone, some of this will be close to home.
- You call, she doesn't pick up and you imagine the worst.
- Most days, the television is the only voice in her house.
- You'd call every day, if work and the children let you.
- The smartphone you set up for her stays in a drawer.
- Did she take her tablets? Was the appointment today?
- A camera in her living room would feel like spying.
None of this means you're doing it wrong. Caring from a distance is hard.

There's a gentler way
Samantha is a companion that sits in her living room and talks with her, every day. She just talks. You get your peace of mind back.

A day with Samantha
Samantha talks about anything: the news, the weather, the film on tonight. And a few things Samantha does without being asked.
In the morning
“Time for your tablets.”
Samantha reminds her of her medication and her appointments, gently, at the right time.
Before she goes out
“Take a coat, it's cold out.”
She asks Samantha how she looks. Samantha looks with the camera, checks the weather and tells her if she is warm enough.
After lunch
“Shall we play a game?”
Trivia, riddles, word and memory games, at her pace.
When the house goes quiet
“Hello. How's the afternoon going?”
When it has been quiet for a while, Samantha says hello first.
Every day
“How did Sofía's exam go?”
Samantha remembers what matters to her: the grandchildren, her music, the dog's name.
At night
“Good night. Sleep well.”
At night Samantha rests and doesn't start conversations. If she needs Samantha, Samantha is there.
And for you, a quiet look at her day
Open the app and see that she talked with Samantha, when and for how long. If it has been quiet for a while, the app shows that too.
Your brothers and sisters can join with a code, and everyone sees the same.
At launch
Send her a voice note or a text from your phone. Samantha plays it or shows it in the room, she answers and you see her reply in your chat.
Samantha can see. Gently
The camera is for Samantha, not for watching. Nobody in the family can look through it.
Today
- If she falls, Samantha notices and asks her straight away if she's all right.
- When she asks how she looks, Samantha checks she's dressed for the weather.

PricingQuestions families ask
Will Mum know how to use it?
Yes. There is nothing to wear and nothing to tap. Samantha sits in the room, and she just talks.
Will Samantha replace my calls?
No. Samantha keeps her company between your calls and visits. When you do call, it's to chat, not to check.
Does the camera watch her?
No. Nobody in the family can look through Samantha's camera. Samantha uses it to notice a fall, and to tell her if she's dressed for the weather.
What happens if she falls?
Today, if Samantha sees a fall, Samantha asks her straight away if she's all right. A message to you when something is wrong, including a fall, is coming in early 2027.
What will I see in the app?
That she talked with Samantha, when and for how long and when it has been quiet for a while. At launch, the voice notes and texts you exchange appear as a chat. Samantha never reports, summarises or scores her other conversations.
Can I call her through Samantha?
Not yet. Video calls where you see each other, and your photos on Samantha's screen, are coming in early 2027.
Can my brothers and sisters see it too?
Yes. Share a code from the app. Once you accept them, everyone sees the same.
